Jim Saiers, Professor of Hydrology and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, studies natural processes and human activities that affect the quality and supply of freshwater.
Dave Skelly, Professor of Ecology, studies the ecological mechanisms of animal distributions and how to develop the means to apply that understanding to conservation and management. He is also the Director of the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History.
Michelle Bell, Professor of Environmental Health, studies the link between human health and atmospheric systems. She holds secondary appointments with the Yale School of Public Health and with the Yale Environmental Engineering Program.
All three of these colleagues are among the most distinguished faculty in the entire Yale community.
