Brandon Lewis and Seulkee Heo received the Yale Environmental Data Science Initiative (YEDSI) awards 2024.
Brandon will investigate the impacts of the concentrated animal farming operations (CAFOs) and community sustainability using the satellite imagery and deep learning techniques.
Seulkee will investigate the differences in the impacts of urban heat on crime occurrence by greenspace, using the high-resolution GIS data for weather, greenspace, and crime.
